Living in Soul Alignment
I have a soul-aligned approach to life, animal communication, healing, and animal husbandry. So what does that actually mean? For me, soul alignment is about living in genuine harmony with your true, individual essence: who you actually are, underneath the noise of expectations of others, difficult experiences and habits. When people and animals are living this way, in their soul alignment, life begins to flow with a greater sense of ease. Decisions feel clearer. Relationships feel more honest. There’s less friction between what you’re doing and what you’re meant to be doing.
Animals, in my experience, are deeply sensitive to misalignment — in themselves and in the people they share their lives with. When things are out of alignment, this is often when we begin to see the shifts and changes showing up. This can be in their behaviour, their daily habits, and even in their health.
Sometimes they are gentle about it — my dog Maddie, for instance, came persistently into my office throughout the day to let me know it was time for a walk. These walks were for my benefit! She knew when I was getting too lost in work, getting caught up trying to prove myself, and not living and experiencing life in its fullest expression. Emma, along the way, presented me with many behaviours, trying to teach me that there is real value in simply being, not just doing.
Having an awareness of soul alignment, reminds us that every animal is unique, and exists outside of the framework we might see them in — pets, working animals, livestock etc. It’s seeing each animal for their true essence and honouring them and the way of living that is suited to who they truly are.
Part of my work as an Animal Communicator is about opening that conversation up for you to learn who they are, so that you and your animal can find your way back to each other, and to yourselves. The concept of living in soul alignment isn’t unique to me; it’s available to us all. It’s a daily practice and commitment that evolves over time as you learn to listen to your soul, moving like a spiral, deepening with each twist and turn throughout our lives.
